Earth's natural resources include air, water, soil, minerals, fuels, plants and animals. Caring for these resources and using them limited is the nature's protection so that all living things can be benefited by them in the future. Nature, resources and environment are the basis of our life and existence.
Today, the need of community and ecological policies that engage in environmental protection and management involvement system. One-third of the Earth's population lives in those areas which are experiencing the lack of water . Most of these areas are in developing countries. Emphasizing the use of conservation and understanding of the environment, an efficient demand management policy can increase the supply of these resources. An attempt to find alternatives to preserving resources through community management of such resources is essential. Community management can not be successful in the absence of proper property rights of different communities and suitable institutions. Today, the need for community and ecological policies that engage in environmental protection and management involvement system.
